Application IT Manager

In this role, you will manage and maintain 3rd party ATM software, coordinate cooperation with IT vendors, and support business teams as a technical expert. What You Will Do

•    Manage and maintain 3rd party ATM software, ensuring updates, stability, security and compliance with SIX policies and standards.
•    Deploy, configure, and monitor applications on hardware and cloud environments.
•    Coordinate collaboration with IT vendors and oversee issue resolution.
•    Support internal business teams by translating business into technical requirements.
•    Document, analyze, and optimize application performance to improve efficiency.
•    Ensuring applications can accommodate growth by adding resources or adapting the architecture to meet increased demands.
•    Create and maintain application documentation and reports.

What You Bring 

•    Proven experience in application management and IT operations.
•    Knowledge of deployment, monitoring, and scaling in IT environments.
•    Familiarity with IT security standards and compliance processes.
•    Experience with IT audit handling
•    Strong problem-solving skills and hands-on troubleshooting expertise.
•    Needed Language Skills: Fluent English (spoken and written)
