Responsibilities:

Technical planning of updates
Preparing the necessary activities and creating the changes
If necessary, presenting the activities in various Change Advisory Boards
Executing and reviewing updates
Carrying out firewall-related tasks (e.g., rule creation and deletions)

Requirements:

Excellent network knowledge
Very good knowledge of Fortinet and Checkpoint
Knowledge of GitLab and Ansible
High expectations regarding the quality of one’s own work, with the attitude that every error is one too many
Experience in working with internal and external customers
Good communication skills
Experience in regulated banking environments is an advantage
Willingness to regularly work on-call (evenings and weekends)
Fluent English
German knowledge is a plus
